Terms & Conditions


We take walk-ins and bookings from Monday to Saturday but on Sundays and outside of normal clinic hours, bookings are required. For bookings on Sunday and outside of normal clinic hours, we will be required to take a 50% of the service fee as a deposit. This is due to the many cancellations we have had during the past years. We ask for your understanding and thank you. 

It is highly recommended that you book in from Monday to Saturday, Saturdays in particular, as we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred time and convenience. 

To make a booking, you can book online or call us at 9808 3880. After hours and Sunday bookings are only available via phone call at the clinic number or text at 0401 697 198 (SMS only).

Cancellations/No Show Policy

If you are unable to attend or need to change your appointment please contact us immediately on 9808 3880, so we can reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time for you and offer the appointment to another person in need. To give us time to refill your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply for all initial consultations and regular appointments.

Refund Policy

Please select your product carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or don’t perform as advertised.
