Bookings

We take walk-ins and bookings from Monday to Saturday but on Sundays and outside of normal clinic hours, bookings are required. For bookings on Sunday and outside of normal clinic hours, we will be required to take a 50% of the service fee as a deposit. This is due to the many cancellations we have had during the past years. We ask for your understanding and thank you.

It is highly recommended that you book in from Monday to Saturday, Saturdays in particular, as we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred time and convenience.

To make a booking, you can book online or call us at 9808 3880. After hours and Sunday bookings are only available via phone call at the clinic number or text at 0401 697 198 (SMS only).

Cancellations/No Show Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.

 

We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice so that we can accommodate other people in need and give them the best possible care and experience with us. 

 

To give us time to refill your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice via phone call at 9808 3880 or text us at 0401 697 198 otherwise a cancellation fee of $50 will apply for all initial consultations and regular appointments.

*All online bookings will now require a card on file. No deposit will be taken but in the case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, we will charge $50 fee from the card on file. 

Refund Policy

Please select your product carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or don’t perform as advertised.
