Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting very thin needles into the body. According to Chinese Medicine, Qi flows through meridians, or pathways, in the human body. These meridians and energy flows are accessible through 361 acupuncture points in the body.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage may relieve pain by relaxing painful muscles, tendons, and joints; relieving stress and anxiety; and helping to “close the pain gate” by stimulating competing nerve fibres and impeding pain messages to and from the brain.

Cupping
Cupping is a technique designed to pull toxin build-up from the deep tissue to the superficial blood system in the skin and pull fresh new blood to restore blood flow and relieve muscle spasm.
Some skin under the cups will colour, and some won’t, although the same amount of suction has been used with all cups. Even on the skin under a single cup, one part may colour while the rest may not. These coloured areas help us identify the sources of pain and discomfort. It will take a day or two for this colour to fade. Severe stagnation can cause the skin to colour a deep scarlet, purple, or even black; it may take seven to ten days for the dark colour to disperse.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicines are prescribed into a formula which combine the effect of individual herbs into an effective treatment for particular conditions. They are commonly used to assist in internal health such as gynecological disorders.
In addition to providing effective treatment for a wide range of health disorders, Chinese herbal medicine may also be used to assist with general health maintenance and disease prevention.
By strengthening and enhancing normal body functions, the immune system is boosted and a general sense of well-being promoted.
